We deliver your products free of charge across India. And chargeable overseas.
3) Can you deliver the products to overseas countries?
Yes, We are equipped to deliver overseas.
4) In which courier you will send the products?
We will send the products through FedEx for all destinations in India and Overseas.
5) How many days will you take to deliver the products from the date of order placement?
The home delivery will take a maximum of 2 working days for Tamil Nadu & Pondicherry, 3 working days for Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, 4 working days for other states. It will take 5-7 working days to deliver overseas.These Delivery periods are not suitable for Reproducible Products.
6) When will you process the orders?
We will process the orders immediately after the confirmation of your payment for your order. If any issue in the payment, our payment gateway team will intimate to us. We will process that type of orders after clearing the issue.
7) Are the Duties & Taxes included in Shipping Charge?
No! Duties, Taxes and Octroi charges are not included in the shipping charge.
8) Can I use the gift vouchers for to purchase the Non-Textiles Products in your Showroom?
No! We are sorry.You can only use the vouchers to purchase the Textile Items.
9) How many days will you give to redeem the vouchers?
We will give 60 days from the date of delivery.
10) Can I select the Delivery Date for the orders?
Yes! You can call us or email us the delivery date for “Ready to ship” Items along with your order number immediately after placing the order.
11) Do you deliver the products in exact date as per our date selection?
We will plan to deliver the products one day before from the delivery date, to avoid the disappointment of our customers due to the late delivery.
12) What can I do to change the shipping address after placing the order?
If you want to change the shipping address, you can intimate the new address via email to firstname.lastname@example.org if the particular order was already shipped before receiving your email, it is not possible to change the delivery address.
13) Can I give multiple shipping addresses in a single order?
No! It is not possible to give multiple delivery addresses in single order. You can make different orders if you have multiple shipping addresses.

18) Can I use my friend's credit card to make payment for my order?
No! You cannot use your friend's credit card to make payment for your order. Our payment gateway will check the inputs by the customer whether it is valid or not. In any mismatching data is there then it will reject the order.
19) What is mean by billing address?
Billing address means credit/debit cardholder's address (which is given by card issuing bank for the customer)
20) Do you have a facility to refund/cancel the payment, if I cancel my order?
Yes! We have the facility to cancel the order/refund the payment.
21) How can I get back the order amount, if I cancel the order?
If you have placed the order by using Credit / Debit card / Net banking option, the canceled amount will credit back to your card account.
22) How many days will it take to credit back, if I cancel the order?
The time will take as per your bank process; normally it will take minimum 2 to 3 working days from the date of refund or cancel for credit/debit card, net banking payments.
23) What is mean by Manual Authorization?
Our payment gateway team will analyze the payment information of the customers to each and every order. While checking your order, if they find some incorrect data provided by you in your order, they will ask some documents from you (customers) for verification purpose to complete the process.

We will send an instant e-mail with the information for the shipment of your order when the parcel handed over to the courier agency. Further, within 24 hours we will update the tracking number in our website so that the customers can track their shipment by them self.

29) If I am dissatisfied with the design of the product, can I exchange the product?
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will exchange the goods provided that they are unused, in their original condition. Exchanges must be made within three days from the date of delivery, and only one exchange per item is permitted. Goods should be returned in the original packaging and the invoice enclosed with your order should also be returned to us. Our decision regarding the condition of returned goods shall be final.
